Have Unified Kapost accounts
I want Kapost to integrate all newsrooms together so there can be links to all the posts in all newsrooms that a user has made

User Directory and User Reputation
There should be a user directory, and this will help Admins search for people who have knowledge in a subject they want to add to their Newsroom. A user rating based on certain types of tags (Internet, computing, business, physics, general stuff like that) would make things a bit better, too.

Posting landing page
Have a page available that i can send people to create a post. On the page i can customize the text so people know what the deal is and what to write about.
On twitter, right now, i don't know where to send people to write

Have Kapost show similarly tagged posts from other Newsrooms
Contributors should be able to see what other contributors have said on the same subject they are writing about. There should have a simple and proactive search feature that looks for posts that talk about the same idea, or posts with the same or similar tags.

When creating an article, there should be a button that allows the author to paste in text from MS Word without bring ing in the formating.
